What's the catch?

What do you charge for shipping?

Not a dime. You’ll get your boots shipped for free. No catch. Standard free shipping in 6-10 business days.

What payment options do you offer?

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club International.

Is this like one of those gym memberships that are impossible to cancel?

No way. You get your boots when you want them, at the frequency you decide. Only want to purchase one pair? No problem. We have an option for that too.

If you choose a subscription, you can cancel your membership whenever you want. Send us an e-mail at customerservice@workbootclub.com. We will promptly stop the payments and send you back any funds you’ve got applied to your next purchase. Do us a favor though, let us know why you’re leaving so we can do our best improve.

Can I pay in full and buy my boots now?

Of course. We offer the ability to buy your boots now, pay in full, and receive them within a couple of weeks. This is a popular choice for people who need new boots ASAP.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Suck it up. KIDDING! Send us a message at customerservice@workbootclub.com and we’ll make it right.

What's your return policy?

We offer boots without the bull. So if anything isn’t right, please let us know at customerservice@workbootclub.com and you’ll be able to return the boots back to us for a better pair.
